By accessing or using Synced Hearts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Synced Hearts is a mobile application designed to help couples strengthen their relationship through daily check-ins and communication tools.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this app
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information
  • One person per account

Partner Linking

  • You may link your account with one partner at a time
  • Both partners can see shared check-in responses
  • Either partner can unlink at any time
  • Unlinking does not delete your individual data

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

  • Daily check-in (limited)
  • Partner linking
  • Basic features

Premium Subscription

  • All premium check-in packs
  • Advanced insights
  • Unlimited history
  • Covers both linked partners

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled by the respective app store

Couples Subscription

One premium subscription covers both linked partners. If partners unlink, premium remains with the paying partner.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer the app
  • Use the app if you are under 18

Content

  • You retain ownership of your check-in responses
  • You grant us license to store and process your content
  • We may remove content that violates these terms

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted

Disclaimers

  • The app is provided "as is"
  • We are not responsible for relationship outcomes
  • We do not provide professional counseling
  • Consult a professional for serious relationship issues

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synced Hearts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
